Letter to Worman's Mill HOA

I recently purchased a home in Worman’s Mill.  During the home inspection several problems were uncovered, the most serious of which was a water infiltration issue with the home’s exterior which caused the wood trim and stucco to rot.  In addition, the interior of the home needed updating and considerable cosmetic work.
