Thoughtful Letter from Emmitsburg

We would like to express our appreciation for the personal attention Jay Cody gave to our project.  From start to finish we felt that every aspect and detail was being carefully handled and considered with a friendly yet professional attitude.  We appreciated the respect he showed for our busy personal lives when coordinating efforts that required our presence or absence.  The promptness with which every phase of the project was handled punctuated that respect and demonstrated his mastery in coordinating the efforts of the different subcontractors.  The clear and open communication to ensure that we understood what was going to occur in each phase was an additional boon.

We were very glad that you were able to fit us into your schedule and that you were kind enough to fix our basement at your own expense.  That truly reflects what kind of people you are and that you were professional enough to help fix an on-going problem of us getting water in our basement.  You also were able to aid us in getting our soft water tank installed in a cost effective manner.  We greatly appreciate the effort in helping keep costs low, especially considering we had a new baby to take care of and the state of the current economy.

Overall the project went much faster than we expected and we were very excited to be able to prepare the room for our child.  We hope in the future if we need any more work done on the house that we will be fortunate  enough to hire Lancaster Craftsmen Builders.
